Can I buy the $2,000 equipment and keep my $4,000 buffer?
I’m checking the payments, the agreed work and the commitments you already told me about.
After $5,400 payroll, $2,400 rent and $1,800 suppliers, $5,200 remains. Buying now would leave $3,200, below your $4,000 target. Oak still owes $2,400.
What changes if Oak pays before I order?
Once Oak’s $2,400 is recorded, the same order and commitments would leave $5,600. The equipment fits the plan at that point, with the $4,000 buffer covered.
Send Oak the agreed $2,400 follow-up. Once that payment is recorded, I approve the $2,000 equipment payment to our existing supplier. Keep my $4,000 buffer.
The exact recipients, amounts and purpose are approved in your instruction. Each supported payment keeps its own review and record.
Paid. Thank you for keeping the details together.
Oak’s $2,400 is recorded and the equipment supplier is paid $2,000. $5,600 remains after the order and recorded commitments. Your $4,000 buffer stays covered.

Your account brings available money and its history into one place. Send an amount, receive a payment or create a Note without choosing a funding rail. The application selects available Reserve first, then Settlement for the remainder. The transaction proof preserves the exact composition underneath.
A confirmed account balance and a Note received offline are different states. Received Notes retain the complete original proof on your device. Their deposits reconcile when connected before a payment or a new Note uses that value. The interface identifies received value without counting an unconfirmed deposit twice.
Your balance is shown with the time it was read. A retained observation can appear immediately when you reopen the account; the latest supported account read follows in the background. A saved display remains an observation of that moment, rather than a new authorization to spend.
Balance details explain Reserve, Settlement and the source moment. Reserve records proof-backed funds. Settlement records proof-native value in exact Phi units; its dollar presentation follows the supported conversion. Both belong to the same account and are counted once.
Open an activity record to see its amount, participants, moment and carried source. For an asset transfer, compare its supported transfer-time valuation with its current value. A change in valuation is distinct from money entering or leaving the account.
This explanation describes the supported implementation. Exact protocol requirements come from the pinned Receiz contracts and original sources. A reference result does not qualify a production deployment or a physical device.
