Where do I find my calendar?

Enter your account, tap the message icon beside your identity, then tap Calendar at the top of the panel. Calendar and Contacts sit beside your conversations. The same calendar is available from a meeting.

How do I create an appointment?

Choose New appointment in Calendar. Add the title, date, time and duration. Add invitees by email, include the meeting link and choose Create appointment. Open the saved event to inspect its details, edit it, invite more people or cancel it.

How do I share my availability?

Open Booking link in Calendar. Copy your personal link and share it in a message, on your profile or on your website. Your guest chooses from the times your calendar offers. Availability settings control the duration, hours, weekdays and booking window.

Can I offer free and paid appointments together?

Yes. Add appointment offers in your booking settings. Give each offer a name, duration and price. A free introduction can sit beside a paid consultation, lesson or project review. Guests choose the offer before selecting a time.

Can I charge for an appointment I create myself?

Yes. Include a meeting link, then open the optional Appointment price section in New appointment. Set the price per guest. Each invited guest completes their own payment before entering the paid meeting.

How does the appointment payment work?

The guest reviews the appointment and price, then explicitly approves payment. Bankeiz uses their available balance first. Secure checkout funds the shortfall when needed. The confirmed booking and its payment remain connected. Their invitation provides the next step.

What happens when I book someone?

Choose an available time and provide your name, email and any answers the host requests. Free appointments use Book this time. Paid appointments continue to payment review. The confirmed result says You’re booked and carries the appointment and meeting link.

Does the invitation include the meeting link?

Yes. Bankeiz meeting links are generated for supported appointments and included with the invitation. The connected conversation carries the meeting details. The five-minute meeting reminder links directly to the room.

Can I add it to another calendar?

Yes. Keep the same appointment in Bankeiz and use the calendar-file or calendar options provided with the invitation. The booking confirmation also offers Add to calendar. The time and meeting link stay with the event.

How are timezones handled?

Available times are displayed in the guest’s timezone. They can change the displayed timezone before choosing a time. The host can use the device’s local timezone or choose a specific timezone in availability settings. The display preserves the appointment’s actual time.

Can I ask questions before the appointment?

Yes. Open Questions for your guest in availability settings. Add the details that make the meeting useful and mark a question required when it must be answered. The booking form keeps the answers with the appointment.

How does booking through the Twin work?

With Business, Twin access and conversational booking enabled, the booking page opens with your Twin focused on arranging an appointment. Your guest says when they are available; the Twin uses the offered times and existing booking tools. A priced appointment still has an explicit payment review.

Can I keep the ordinary calendar booking page?

Yes. Calendar booking is the standard experience. Guests can choose a time directly even when the host uses Twin booking. An eligible host can also select Calendar only in booking settings.

What can a guest see about my calendar?

Your public booking page presents the available times, appointment offers and questions you publish. Your private Calendar keeps the actual event details and people in your account. You choose what is offered through your booking settings.

Can I start a meeting right now?

Choose Meet now in Calendar. It prepares a live room and a link you can copy or send with an invitation. You can also enter email addresses to invite people to that same meeting.

What happens after the meeting?

End opens the finished screen. Save the sealed session and your Identity Record as separate files, start another meeting or plan a follow-up in Calendar. With Twin access, ask it to help arrange the agreed next appointment.

Where can I inspect the appointment and payment later?

Open the event in Calendar for its details, people, invitation and supported record. Payment records remain available through the account’s existing receipt and history experience. The source and recorded outcome stay connected.

Do I need the Twin to use Calendar or meetings?

Calendar appointments, booking links and meetings work through the existing account experience. Business adds the Twin and its supported context and actions. Each person uses the permissions and services available to their account.
