Physical assets

The item. Its custody. Your evidence.

Follow the connection

Moment

Define the authored moment, claim and media. Be clear about what the source asserts.

An explanatory model. No account action is performed.

Identify the item

A physical asset needs a description precise enough to distinguish the item being claimed. Photographs and serial details can support identification, but a picture alone cannot demonstrate possession, condition, authenticity or current custody.

Record the custodian

The custody source must identify who holds the item, what was received and the admitted conditions. A deposit request is a request for intake. It must not be displayed as a completed custody receipt before the required evidence and admission exist.

Define the transferable claim

Holding a receipt, owning a share and owning legal title can be different rights. State what can move, what can be redeemed and which obligations or restrictions apply. A digital transfer cannot silently expand the claim beyond what its source supports.

Preserve the chain

Item evidence, custody receipt, ownership and any admitted units remain connected through their originals. A receiver should be able to follow each relationship and identify missing or unsupported claims. Verification must not substitute a current listing for the underlying custody proof.

Separate valuation from realization

A calculated value is not a guaranteed cash redemption or buyer commitment. Realizing value depends on the actual transaction, rights and supported counterparties. Keep that distinction visible in institutional depth while ordinary account actions remain simple.

Method, sources and assessment

This explanation describes the supported implementation. Exact protocol requirements come from the pinned Receiz contracts and original sources. A reference result does not qualify a production deployment or a physical device.
