Close out a completed job
You have finished a consultation and agreed the amount with your client. Share a receiving request so they can review your account and the payment. When it completes, keep the receipt alongside the job reference in the records you already maintain.
Continue the conversation
Discuss the work and clarify the next step in your Receiz conversation. Messages and payments use the same identity, so your client knows who they are dealing with. Agree the details in conversation, then review and authorize the payment itself.
Confirm what arrived
When a client says they have paid, open Received in My history and check the payment receipt. The amount, people and time give you a clear event to match with the job. Keep that confirmed result with your own project records.
Give a public piece a clear original
For work intended for public release, publish an asset with its media, a meaningful title and a precise claim. The published original connects to your Showcase and public discovery. State the rights you are offering so a future recipient knows what comes with the work.
Follow your work over time
Open a published work to inspect its source, ownership history and valuation method. Read each value with its stated moment. Use the payment receipt for the amount you actually received, and the asset record to follow the work itself.
Keep a usable project record
Retain the original payment evidence and any published work that belongs with the job. A receipt link makes the result easy to share; an intact original lets a matching reader inspect its source. Add those references to the invoicing and accounting records you already maintain.
Method, sources and assessment
This explanation describes the supported implementation. Exact protocol requirements come from the pinned Receiz contracts and original sources. A reference result does not qualify a production deployment or a physical device.
