Answer a specific payment question
Someone asks whether a supplier was paid. For an expenditure made through the supported account flow, open the actual payment and its receipt. The amount, participants, time and recorded result give the reviewer a specific event to compare with the agency’s own records.
Keep approval and execution connected
Keep purchase orders, budget decisions and approvals in the organization’s established process. The Bankeiz payment receipt records its own signed action and financial result. Retain that original with the relevant expenditure reference so the approval and the executed payment can be reviewed together.
Reconcile a defined period
State the account, period and available record scope before assembling a review. Match original events by their references and exact amounts, and distinguish confirmed results from unresolved attempts. A public Ledger view is its own public source scope; it is not automatically the agency’s complete expenditure register.
Publish records people can inspect
For evidence the agency is authorized to disclose, share the corresponding supported receipts and explain what each one establishes. Keep the original sources with the review file. A reader can then compare the published event with its evidence rather than relying only on a total in a report.
Explain the funding without changing it
A receipt can retain Reserve backing and the exact Phi of its Settlement component, with the presentation applicable to that event. Follow the available source relationships. Any FIFO breakdown is a calculated attribution of the held basis, not an allocation newly asserted as part of the original payment.
Define a practical integration
Begin with one expenditure or receiving workflow, the responsible authorizers and the records needed for reconciliation. Use the institution and developer materials to define the supported integration, then assess that exact scope against the Standards requirements. The implementation still needs its own deployment and evidence.
Method, sources and assessment
This explanation describes the supported implementation. Exact protocol requirements come from the pinned Receiz contracts and original sources. A reference result does not qualify a production deployment or a physical device.
