How much from the show is actually left for the band?

Your agent

I’m checking the payments, the agreed work and the commitments you already told me about.

Your agent

The $2,800 show payment is in. Venue-linked travel and equipment costs total $600, leaving $2,200 before other obligations. Your agreed four-way split would be $550 each if those are all the show costs.

That agreement reimburses Jules’s $200 travel cost before the four-way split; it is already in the $600 costs. I can prepare the four $550 payments without subtracting the reimbursement twice. You review before anything moves.

What gets easier around your money.

01

Make the statements easier to understand.

Bring the statements and payment records you receive. Ask about the amounts, periods and questions you need to resolve.

02

Keep the next release grounded in the money.

Compare the costs you provide, prepare payment requests and keep the source records beside the discussion.

03

Keep the record behind the answer.

Retain the selected payment, its source and the gig agreements, payment records, royalty statements and release costs you provide. Return to the financial question with useful context instead of repeating the whole story.

Your first useful session.

  2. Help me understand these payments and costs, and what I need to ask about.

  3. Review the answer and prepare the request, follow-up or supported money action you want to take.

Work from the information and permissions you provide. Review generated material and consequential proposals before using their supported actions.

Less chasing.

Know where your money stands

Bring the payment records, costs and commitments you choose. Ask what came in, what went out and what needs attention, with the source behind each answer.

Make getting paid less work

Prepare a clear payment request and a follow-up in the context of the client and the work. Give people a direct way to pay, then keep the actual payment and its history together.

Stop piecing the same payment together

Keep the client, purpose and available payment history in the conversation. Return to an outstanding question with its background already there.

Get financial admin off your evening

Turn the records you provide into a working summary, client update, payment reminder or handover you can review. Spend less time rebuilding the same explanation.

Work out the next move before money moves

Compare a purchase, upcoming expense or payment to people or employees against the records you share. Prepare the details and review the recipient, amount and supported action before approving it.

Keep the business moving while you work

Set up answers to client payment questions, route enquiries to your team and connect the next booking or payment on your own domain. Your agent carries the supported context across apps that follow the standard with the same account.

Your banking experience stays available without Business. Hold your originals, keep their ownership and history, and use their supported value without this subscription. Business adds help with cash-flow questions, payment preparation, client follow-ups and the financial admin around your business.

Your agent. Your context. Across apps. Continue with the same agent, Receiz identity and supported history through applications following the standard and authorized tools, without rebuilding the setup. Reason from the records you choose, prepare outreach, connect the person and conversation to the next confirmed appointment, or prepare payments to people or employees. Each integration keeps its own permissions; sending outreach, confirming a booking and moving money require their supported operation and your approval.

A few things you might be wondering.

Who is this for?

People who run a business and carry its money admin themselves: owners, independent professionals, studios and teams. Start with a real payment question, outstanding client payment or upcoming expense. The fit directory shows the money work in thirty different kinds of business.

What does $149/month get me?

Extra intelligence and business tools around your money: understand the records you choose, keep payment questions in context, prepare requests and follow-ups, work through cash-flow decisions and reduce repeat financial admin. Configure client-facing answers, booking and payment routes, your domain and staff routing. Document and creation tools help produce the work behind an offer or payment. Core banking stays available without this optional upgrade. Usage is metered; plan details explain the included allowance.

Can it see every bank account or move money by itself?

It works from available history, selected records and the permissions you provide. It does not automatically connect every outside bank or know an expense you have not shared. Your agent can reason, draft and prepare supported actions. Sending a message, confirming a booking or moving money uses the relevant authorized operation and its approval.

What if I already have Business?

Open with the same Receiz ID. Your confirmed access takes you to your agent without creating a second subscription. Bring the money question or business task you want to finish.

How does billing work?

Business is $149/month, renewing monthly until cancelled. You can instead select $1,499/year in the upgrade review, renewing yearly until cancelled. Both include 7,500 monthly AI usage credits; use is metered. Review exact terms before paying and use Manage existing plan to manage or cancel.

Do I need Business to use my account or money?

No. Your account, proof objects, ownership, history, messages and supported value remain available without Business. This optional addition helps you understand and handle the extra money work, automation and client administration around your business.
