Reality-grade banking · For cooperatives

Your members
have the value.
Put it to work.

Stock ready to move. Work ready to deliver. Members ready to trade. Give that value a way to move—even when cash is tied up between payments.

Operate in the proof-native economy, using reality-grade banking. Keep the source, ownership and record connected as accepted value moves between willing businesses.

Follow one illustrative exchange. The goods stay distinguishable from the rights that move.

Illustrative process · No ownership or funds move here.
01

Start with what is already there.

A crop. Finished stock. A service your members can deliver. Identify the source, the owner and the actual rights.

02

Keep the evidence with the value.

The proof object carries the supported claim, its origin, ownership and accepted history. The next participant can inspect the original.

03

Agree the exchange. Authorize the handover.

A willing counterparty accepts the defined rights under agreed terms. The supported transfer binds the current owner, recipient and predecessor.

04

Put the received value to work.

Exercise the claim or transfer it onward if its terms allow. Use funded Settlement when a monetary payment is agreed. Goods move under their delivery terms.

The goods are real.
Why is payment holding
the next move up?

The next purchase can stall even when your cooperative already has something another business needs.

Producers

You have product to sell, inputs to buy and members waiting for their return. Cash tied up between delivery and payment makes every next decision harder.

Manufacturers

The order is made. The value is sitting in finished stock. Meanwhile, the next batch needs materials and the supplier needs paying.

Distributors

Customers take time to pay. Suppliers want paying sooner. You are carrying the gap while everyone needs the next delivery.

Energy cooperatives

Generation, metering, invoices and settlement can sit in different systems. Your team spends time proving the same delivery at each handoff.

Housing cooperatives

The building needs work. Members need clarity. Approvals, maintenance records and payments should not take a board meeting to piece together.

Federations

One member has what another needs. Different records and receiving systems make a simple commercial relationship harder to coordinate across the network.

Sometimes the missing piece is a way to recognize, transfer and settle claims on value that is already there.

The asset can move
as an asset.

You can value a lot in dollars without turning that lot into a dollar deposit.

A familiar cash-dependent route
  1. Real goods
  2. Sell for fiat
  3. Wait for funds
  4. Buy what comes next

Payment timing, fees and financing can enter between the goods and their next use.

A supported proof-native route
  1. Real asset
  2. Admitted proof object
  3. Authorized transfer
  4. Verified successor owner

The recipient independently verifies the supported proof and accepts the defined rights. Ownership changing does not itself require a sale for fiat.

What the original must carry

The existing Receiz asset manifest connects asset identity, the enclosing proof bundle, owner, media, appends and Settlement state. This display explains those relationships; it is not an issued manifest, custody receipt or transferable original. Physical custody, title and delivery need their own evidence.

A legitimate inventory claim can pass to a willing counterparty in exchange for an agreed asset or service. Accepted ownership history continues. Transfer of the claim is distinct from physical delivery; the terms and delivery evidence establish when goods have actually moved.

When the deal needs money,
keep the proof with it.

Some exchanges are asset for asset. Others need a monetary payment. Reality-grade banking keeps the distinction clear.

01

Commercial assets & rights

Identified goods, ownership interests or defined claims, carrying their own source, authority and history. Their reference valuation does not create Settlement money.

02

Settlement

Proof-native financial value in exact Phi units, governed by the existing monetary and execution rules. A payment needs available value, current authority and a qualified receiving path.

03

Reserve

Proof-backed funds with their admitted backing and denomination preserved. A displayed asset valuation is distinct from admitted Reserve funding.

Keep more of the exchange
inside your working economy.

Reduce unnecessary conversion steps where members accept supported assets or Settlement. Keep accounting, taxes, contracts and production costs explicit.

01

Exchange assets directly.

Two willing organizations exchange legitimate transferable assets or claims under agreed terms. Each preserves its source and accepted ownership transition.

02

Pay with Settlement.

Move available, authorized monetary value to a willing recipient through a qualified financial path. The payment keeps its actual source.

03

Coordinate the network.

Identify what members owe and need. Assess legally valid commercial arrangements together. Automated multilateral netting is not presented as an existing capability.

Shared economic infrastructure.

Start with the work your cooperative already does. Keep your assets, governance and commercial decisions.

01

Producer & agricultural cooperatives

You have product to sell, inputs to buy and members waiting for their return. Cash tied up between delivery and payment makes every next decision harder.

Start with one identified lot and an existing distributor willing to accept its defined delivery claim.
02

Manufacturing cooperatives

The order is made. The value is sitting in finished stock. Meanwhile, the next batch needs materials and the supplier needs paying.

Choose one finished-goods order and one supplier that can use the goods or accept a defined transferable right.
03

Wholesale & distribution cooperatives

Customers take time to pay. Suppliers want paying sooner. You are carrying the gap while everyone needs the next delivery.

Pick one repeat supply route where both parties already understand the goods and each other’s obligations.
04

Worker cooperatives

Members are delivering. Client payments arrive later. You need a clear record of what was agreed, who can approve it and what the cooperative is owed.

Choose one existing client and an agreed service with a clear acceptance point and payment route.
05

Energy cooperatives

Generation, metering, invoices and settlement can sit in different systems. Your team spends time proving the same delivery at each handoff.

Select one commercial counterparty and one precisely measured delivery period.
06

Housing cooperatives

The building needs work. Members need clarity. Approvals, maintenance records and payments should not take a board meeting to piece together.

Start with a maintenance supplier, one authorized job and a clearly agreed payment route.
07

Cooperative federations & commercial networks

One member has what another needs. Different records and receiving systems make a simple commercial relationship harder to coordinate across the network.

Choose three willing member businesses with a repeat trading relationship. Document each exchange separately; automated multilateral netting is not claimed.

The foundation is built.
Put it against a real problem.

Receiz provides the proof-native infrastructure. Bankeiz is the open-source banking application that makes it usable. Your organization brings its lawful sources, operating integration and willing counterparties.

Public contract conformance is distinct from live institutional financial qualification. A source repository or reference result does not establish a particular physical asset, cooperative integration or production receiving capability.

Start with one real exchange.
Measure what changes.

A founding cooperative integration assessment begins with your existing members and trading relationships.

  1. 01

    Start with existing value

What do members produce, own, sell or deliver?

  2. 02

    Name the trading partners

Who already buys from you and supplies the next thing you need?

  3. 03

    Find the bottleneck

Where do payment timing, repeated checks or fragmented records hold things up?

  4. 04

    Choose the existing capability

Match the need to asset representation, ownership, receiving, payments or Settlement.

  5. 05

    Establish rights and qualification

Confirm the source, authorized parties, commercial terms and operating requirements.

  6. 06

    Demonstrate one real exchange

Use willing participants and a supported, qualified path. Inspect the actual result.

  7. 07

    Measure before expanding

Compare reconciliation work, payment friction, repeat circulation and remaining fiat dependencies.

No guaranteed savings or liquidity. Use the actual outcome to decide whether to expand.

Clear terms make the next decision easier.

Do we have to buy Settlement?

No. Start with the value your members already produce and the specific exchange or payment problem. The assessment identifies which existing capabilities apply.

Can inventory move without first selling it for dollars?

An admitted proof-native asset structure can transfer supported rights when ownership, authority, custody, permitted transfer and recipient acceptance are established. The transfer does not by itself establish physical delivery.

Does a dollar valuation mean dollars are backing the asset?

No. A USD reference valuation is distinct from a cash balance, guarantee, funded Reserve or redemption obligation. Inspect the actual rights and backing.

Does sealing an asset create money?

Asset sealing and monetary issuance are distinct operations. A displayed commercial asset value does not create Settlement funding. Monetary value follows the existing source and execution rules.

Can members pay one another with Settlement?

Yes, with available authorized value, willing recipients and an applicable qualified financial path. Receiving requirements remain attached to the actual operation.

Can we keep our existing bank and governance?

Yes. Participating organizations retain their assets, governance, members and commercial decisions. Compatible workflows do not inherently require abandoning existing banking relationships.

Does the application own our assets or replace legal title?

No. The underlying source and applicable rights determine ownership. Legal title, warehouse custody, insurance and physical delivery retain their own evidence and commercial arrangements.

Can our developers inspect and integrate it?

Yes. The Bankeiz source, receiving standard and existing Receiz SDK, MCP and AI Skills can be inspected under their applicable licenses. Qualification is specific to the capability and operating environment.

Is Bankeiz a chartered bank?

Bankeiz is the open-source banking application built on Receiz. This page makes no claim of banking charter status or regulatory authorization. Regulated financial services need their applicable providers and permissions.

What does the integration assessment commit us to?

It starts a conversation about one concrete commercial problem. No application payment, asset transfer or financial commitment occurs here. Any scope, commercial terms and production requirements are agreed separately.
