Recover the established operation
Find the original attempt, establish its actual outcome, and continue without duplicate financial effects.
Unknown is a precise state
A response can be lost after a consequential operation has committed. A timeout, disconnected browser or empty lookup does not prove that nothing happened. Preserve the original device, admitted identity, exact source, recipient, amount and nonce/session coordinate. Resolve that attempt before creating a replacement.
- RetainKeep source and intent before submission.
- InterruptDo not infer a financial outcome.
- ResolveRead/recover the same operation.
- ContinueUse its admitted terminal result.
Use the matching control
| Operation | Existing route or control | Evidence to match |
|---|---|---|
| Card deposit | Check saved deposit | Original session, amount, currency, receiving account and accepted credit. |
| Wallet payment | Check payment outcome / Resume payment | Original nonce, recipient, submitted amount and actual result. |
| Note issue/handover | Open saved Note / Resume transfer | Retained funding, exact intent, recipient and successor. |
| Received Note | Existing received-note reconciliation | Original Note, recipient, consumption and complete credit. |
| Market trade | Check trade outcome | Account, asset, side, quantity/request and client nonce. |
| Backed publication | Continue creation / Retry public delivery | The same authored source, original funding result and placement. |
A definitive result controls the next step
Accept completion only from the supported source and exact bindings. A known refusal can explain what to change for a later request. An unknown operation stays pending. Market Cancel unconfirmed trade requests authenticated closure of that same nonce: it either returns the original committed trade or confirms a closed request with no money moved. Failed closure leaves it pending. Back and cancellation controls must not be represented as automatic reversals of submitted funds.
Before removing or restoring a device
Save identity and proof backups separately. Resolve held Notes, pending receiving requests, unconfirmed received Notes, unknown payments and custody operations before destructive removal or storage reset. Remove ID from this device does not close the account. Importing a proof archive retains evidence but does not restore hardware-bound custody or the encrypted pending operation. Keep the original files when a source fails verification or exceeds a capacity limit.
Ask for help with minimum disclosure
Contact info@receiz.com with the operation type, original public-safe reference, approximate time, displayed status and what happened before interruption. Include the expected recipient and amount only when needed to identify your case. Never send a private Identity Record, Vault bearer original, signing key, recovery phrase, protected Note authority or complete card details. A support reply does not itself establish a financial result; retain the original accepted evidence.
